Each year, this Mardi Gras-themed cocktail party brings together 400 BRAWS supporters and features hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, raffle items, dancing, photo booth and full cash bar. You can also choose to participate in People’s Choice Awards, with categories for Best Masquerade Mask, Best Themed Individual and Best Couples Attire. Mardi Gras cocktail attire and masquerade masks are encouraged!

There are many levels of sponsorships available, ranging in price from $350 to $10,000. Each sponsorship also includes admission to the 7pm VIP Reception.

Please consider using a hired car service like Uber or Lyft. If you drive, complimentary valet is available at the Grand Ballroom entrance.

A variety of passed and displayed hors d’oeuvres and delicious desserts are offered.
Each guest receives one drink ticket at check in, good for beer or wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Full bar is available and additional drink tickets are available for purchase at the event. Water, coffee and tea stations are also available.

Mardi Bras is Cocktail Attire. Masquerade Masks and Mardi Gras themed Cocktail Attire are encouraged. Whether it be sparkles, feathers, brocade, purple, gold, green, or all of the above, bring out your most fabulous, elegant, and eye-catching Mardi Gras fashion.

Guests sign up in advance or on site to be candidates for People’s Choice for Best Masquerade Mask, Best Mardi Gras Themed Attire, and Best Mardi Gras Themed Group.
Each guest will receive votes upon check in. Sponsors receive extras votes. Want more votes? Bring a package of menstrual products or new bras/underwear.

Each guest receives one complimentary raffle ticket upon check in. Additional raffle tickets are available for online purchase or at the event. Raffle items are available for pick up after 10 pm and must be claimed at the event

Bidding is available to anyone, regardless of attendance. Auction items must be picked up within 2 weeks after auction close at a location in Vienna, Virginia. Failure to pick up your items within this time frame are subject to forfeiture.
